| As the new President for the greater New Jersey Chapter of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives), I would like to take this opportunity to thank my fellow New Jersey NACE Board of Directors and the members of our chapter for having the trust and confidence in me to lead the chapter. It is an honor and a privilege to serve you in this capacity and I’m grateful for the opportunity.
On behalf of the Board and our chapter, I would also like to extend my gratitude to our Past President, Robert Frungillo, for his leadership, his dedication and the great works that has done since the inception of our chapter 2 years ago.
As I begin my new term as President, I look forward to working closely with each and every one of you to continue to build on the momentum that we’ve developed in the past couple of years. Our goal is to become one of the best and most accomplished chapters that the NACE organization has ever seen. And I strongly believe that, collectively, we can accomplish that goal. With that being said, my theme for our chapter this year is “Let’s Raise the Bar”. I plan on applying that to everything that we do, in terms of dealing and interacting with our fellow NACE members, our communities, our industry as a whole and our national leaders as well. I look forward to your continued support and a great partnership as I transition into this new and challenging role.
Again, thank you!
Regards,
Lucmann Pierre, President
Greater New Jersey NACE

| The Greater New Jersey NACE chapter kicked off 2012 with an amazing event on January 11th held at the breathtaking Skylands Manor in Ringwood New Jersey. This is one of our more memorable events in recent memory because we were joined by two wonderful representatives of the Red Cross. The Red Cross gave us an eye opening presentation about what their organization goes through on a daily basis while helping people in need. All of the attendees graciously donated winter coats, canned food and monetary contributions.
We also took the time to thank our previous President Robert Frungillo for his hard work and dedication over the last two years. Robert is staying involved and still taking part as a board member. Lucmann Pierre Presidency officially began on the first of the year and we welcome his positive outlook and wealth of industry knowledge to direct the NJ NACE Chapter in the year to come. We look forward to another successful year of Chapter growth, continuing education and building strong relationship with industry counterparts.
